Excellent Central Stay

The location is AMAZING just off Leicester Square. It made getting around easy. I received a voucher for Costa Coffee, because I declined daily housekeeping. I liked that the hotel promoted a green environment. The room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. These amenities were welcome.
One of the lifts was out of service .

central location with some drawbacks

missing shower gelunpleasant view
the bathroom lacked proper maintenance it was musty. shower gel was missing despite asking twice we had only two conditioners provided by mistake. the room faced the courtyard and felt quite enclosed the view was not pleasant at all. it was disappointing

super central stay!

the location of the hotel is just fantastic. i walked to practically everything i wanted to see.. theatres, restaurants, you name it! the room itself was really clean. the bed gave me such a good night's sleep, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central area.
the room i had was quite cold upon arrival. i contacted reception, but it took a while for maintenance to arrive and sort out the heating.. it put a bit of a damper on things initially.
